NARAYAN NDH6500Y3 Dual Fuel (Natural Gas + Furnace Oil )Ultra Nox Stepless Modulating Burner was retrofitted in place of Furnace Oil Fired Burner of a renowned European Company.The conversion to Narayan Dual Fuel (Natural gas + Furnace Oil ) Stepless Modulating Burner lead to Energy Efficient Combustion system compared to the conventional system .The capacity of the burner is 6500KW.
Combustion air is preheated before enter in the firing chamber. This is the fully custom design high capacity burner. the blower of the burner is VFD base so that we have got the best turn down ratio from low firing to high firing & control the excess air precisely throughout the firing range. Special ratio control system is used for control the air to fuel ratio.
A VFD Based Combustion Blower System integrated with Air Preheater , delivers precise Air and Controls Excess Air at Varying End Conditions. A built in Narayan Ratio Control System for both fuel type ( Gas : Air ) ( Furnace Oil : Air ) delivers a Homogenous mixture of Fuel and Air at every stage of operation varying to the demanding End Load Conditions of the System. NARAYAN BURNERS designed the system to reduce energy cost and produce Low Nox levels.
The Process Temperature to be maintained is upto 280 C and in continuous operation
24 x 7 , 365 days.

The Process Temperature to be maintained is 700 C and in continuous operation 24 x 7 , 365 days.
A built in Ratio Control System for both fuel type ( Gas : Air ) ( Furnace Oil : Air ) delivers a Homogenous mixture of Fuel and Air at every stage of operation varying to the demanding End Load Conditions of the System.
